Request Form - Linked Billing and/or DNS

If you have mulitple HoloNet accounts, you can link billing to make administration of these accounts easier.
See the Linked Billing page for additional information.

If you have a custom domain name, you can link the domain name to additional accounts so that these accounts can accept mail under your domain.
See the HoloDNS Service Manual for additional information.

Instructions:

Complete and submit the following form.
Submit the results as an Authenticated Request.

E-mail notification of completion will be sent to your HoloNet account mailbox.

Sub-Accts:
Link Billing:	Yes, link billing for these accounts. No, leave billing separate for these accounts.
Administrative E-Mail:	Send administrative messages for sub-accounts to master HoloNet account mailbox. Send administrative messages for sub-accounts to: Do not set administrative e-mail flag. (Statements and warnings will be sent to sub-accounts only).
Domain Name Service:	Yes, add HoloDNS service for the following domain(s) to the sub-accounts listed above. - I authorize the one-time $25.00 fee per account per domain for this service. - Note: The domain(s) must already be linked to the master account. No, do not add HoloDNS service.
