Login Instructions

Logging into HoloNet gives you access to your basic HoloNet account features via an easy to use, text-based menu system.

For HoloIP or HoloUUCP login instructions, please refer to the specific Service Manual for these services.

Use lower case letters for commands unless otherwise instructed.

Telnet

To access HoloNet, telnet to holonet.net, then follow the post-connection instructions below.

There are also numerous shareware telnet clients available. You can do a search on your favorite search engine to find one.

Also, some operating systems have a telnet application built-in or bundled. For MS Windows 95/98, go to the Start Menu, then Run, and in the field of the resulting dialog, type telnet holonet.net. (To run your telnet session, you'll need to have an open connection to the Internet first.)
