Update Account Info

There are two ways to update your HoloNet account's contact information:

1. Dial-Up terminal access/telnet
2. Authenticated request via e-mail, fax or postal mail

In order to update your account information on-line, you must first log in to HoloNet using a terminal emulation program, or via telnet, and at HoloNet's Main Menu select:

1. [C] Customize Menu
2. [A] Account Information
3. <I> Change Membership Information

For security purposes, it is recommended that you make any account changes in this way. However, if it is not possible for you to access your account via dial-up terminal or telnet, you may update your changes by sending us an authenticated request.

Authenticated Request

1. Fill out the Update Account Info Request Form

2. Copy and paste the resulting information into an Authenticated Request.

E-mail notification of completion will be sent to your HoloNet account.
