Update Password

HoloNet Account Password

You can change your HoloNet account password at any time. In order to do so, log in to HoloNet using a terminal emulation program, or via telnet, and at the Main Menu select:

1. [C] Customize Menu
2. [A] Account Information
3. <P> Change Member Password

HoloIP Password or Lost HoloNet Account Password

If you need to change the password for HoloIP access, or if you have lost your HoloNet account password, call us. For security reasons, you must call us from the contact phone number you provided in your account information. We must be able to call you back at that number to verify your identity before re-setting your password.
