Adding HoloWWW Service

There are two methods for adding HoloWWW service:

1. Via the web:
   • New Account
     If you join via the web, you can create a HoloWWW website in the same step.

   • Existing Account
     If you already have a HoloNet account, login in via the Account Administration page. Click on the button labelled "Member Login" and enter your login information. Once you are logged in, choose the "HoloWWW Site Creation" option.

2. Log in using terminal software or via telnet. Then, starting at the HoloNet Main Menu, select:

             [A] HoloNet Additional Services
             [O] Order Services
   

Linking DNS to a HoloWWW Site

Most webmasters will want to link a custom domain name to their websites. To link a domain name to a HoloWWW site:

1. Create the website FIRST.

2. Follow the instructions on the HoloDNS Service Manual page.

Using HoloWWW - Creating and Installing Web Pages

Web pages must be written in HTML format.

You can create your web pages yourself, or you might consider hiring a consultant or web design/development firm to create your site for you.

To install your Web pages upload them via FTP.

When your site is created, a Default Welcome Page will be installed on your site. Refer to this page for instructions on how to FTP files to your site.
